I want you to imagine that right now you are
in a room of 1,000 real estate investors and I ask the following question:
"How many of you are making $10,000 - $30,000
every month, and working less than 15-20 hours a week to do it?"
How many hands do you think would go up?
Statistically there would be less than
one.
And that's only up to $30k, think about how
bad it would be if I asked about $50k, or $100k.
Almost nobody 'gets it'
Very, very few people have any idea how to make
money, let alone build a business that makes them money - learning this is one
of the toughest things most people will ever try.
And they almost all fail.
Now I want you to think back to that room of 1,000
people, most of these people genuinely want - and have tried - to hit those
kind of numbers.
Let's be honest, everybody wants it, or they
would just get a job.

But it just doesn't happen, which makes you
wonder; why does nearly everybody (continue to) fail?
The Two Reasons for Failure... Not
doing it RIGHT or not doing it ENOUGH
Either you/they are doing the wrong stuff, in which
case how much you do, has no real impact.
Or you/they are doing the right stuff, but just not
enough.
One problem is caused by ignorance, lack of
education or training but the other problem is a symptom of a much
deeper disease...
Stupidity, Laziness and Lack of
Gratitude
These people do have the opportunity
and
they know what to do, but they just don't have what it takes to make
it happen.
They usually all themselves victims
and have a list of people to blame for their problems - right now
they are blaming the "Economy".
So those are the two groups. |
Whether you know it or not, you are
probably in one of those
groups.
Which Group Are You In?
Remember none of these 1,000 people will likely
admit to being in the second group...
So there's nothing special about saying you
aren't - you have to prove it. And right now you want to prove it to me
because if you do, I will take you by the hand to $10k-$30k a month
level -and that's just the start...
I Want The Needle in the Haystack
That deadly serious entrepreneur that just needs a
little guidance - you and I both know most people in this 'room' would rather
be victims than victors - and I only want the best.
So your 'interview' starts this second, it has
taken me 10+ years to build my team of 10-15 people so I don't expect
many people will make the cut.
